- Replace libXft dependency with USE_XORG=xft.
- Convert to USES=libtool.
- Add include directories to CPPFLAGS instead of CFLAGS.
- Use LDFLAGS instead of LIBS.
- Remove PTHREAD_LIBS reference.
- Add DOCS option.
- Staging.
- Remove MAKE_ENV.  Not needed.
