Apply patch from tijl@ to resolve a lot of issues with the port:
 - HAS_CONFIGURE -> GNU_CONFIGURE
 - USES=libtool.
 - DOCS option.
 - Remove GCC requirement. (In audio/idjc it is replaced with USES=compiler:nestedfct)
