- Fix build on FreeBSD 10 by linking with -lfl_pic instead of -lfl. [1]
- Convert to USES=libtool.
- Strip libraries.
- Split CFLAGS into CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS.
- Use INFO for .info file.
