- Update to 1.2.5, removing an outdated MASTER_SITE.
- Support staging.
- Fix the library names in LIB_DEPENDS after the conversion to the new
  format.
- Remove the dependency on gmake, the port builds fine without it.
- Convert to the new OPTIONS helpers.

This should make the port build again.
