Update to pkg 1.3.0 beta2
Changes:
- more fixes in pkg audit
- move audit functions into the library
- pkg lock -l now list the locked packages
- database lock behaviour is now configurable
- symlinks now has a checksum to ensure they are valid
- more fixes on the solver
- add long version of the options
