Update to knu-cvsweb 1.104.1.56.

	* README.knu, cvsweb.cgi, cvsweb.conf: List CVS repository entries
	in the specified order, not alphabetical.

	Now /usr/local/etc/cvsweb/ is the default directory for
	configuration files.
