- Convert to USES=libtool
- Add USE_AUTOTOOLS=libtoolize (and aclocal) because the bundled libtool
  is too old to work with devel/libltdl
- Move several variable definitions before inclusion of bsd.port.options.mk
- Remove use of UNIQUENAME
