Reading up on it a bit more, there are some differences between
Crypt::Tea and Crypt::Tea_JS. Crypt::Tea_JS can be backwards
compatible, but isn't by default. I've changed the COMMENT in
Crypt::Tea_JS to be different from Crypt::Tea.
