audio/linux-*-alsa-*,www/linux-*-flashplugin11: bump, fix run depends

Recent changes required a bumped PORTREVISION, do that now.  While
here, prevent partial updates of linux-*-flashplugin11 with old
linux-*-alsa-lib.
