editors/sublime3: various fixes

- Fix desktop file and icons
- Add gtk2 dependency
- Fix pkg-plist (remove unneeded files and and /Icons needed for the Title/taskbar)
- Remove "STRIP" in the Makefile
- Remove "@" where except for MKDIR in the Makefile
