Update to from 4.11 to 4.16

 - Security fix for buffer overflow bug.
 - language / domain file updates
 - Bug fixes, especially for multibyte character sets.
 - Can count beyond Terabytes.
 - Can do a FLOOR beyond Terabytes.
 - Recognises Windows Me for Operating System Report.
