Fix madsonic rc script.  I should have made an end-to-end test when I converted
www/subsonic-standalone for madsonic.

This time I tested it and it works correctly.

- Use the right script name to start madsonic.
- Adapt to use the correct playlist flags.
- Change doc comments.
