science/psychopy: update to 1.82.01 and overhaul

- Add .desktop file
- Add shortcut under PATH
- Define LICENSE
- Mark NO_ARCH because of no C modules
- Drop unused BUILD_DEPENDS
- Convert to USE_WX
- Replace bundled DejaVu font with slightly newer system copy
