- Update toversion 15.8.0
- Make RUN_DEPENDS path independent
- Drop USE_QT4=linguist in favour of linguisttools to prevent
  pulling in heavy dependencies
- Drop INSTALLS_ICONS, it's for Gtk apps
- Switch from heavy REINPLACE_CMD to setting things in build
  enviroment, makes things more readable
- Project has it's own domain now - update pkg-descr

Changes:
Improve support for VEVO videos.
Possibility to play the audio only.
