Reformat port description text and split it into three paragraphs to improve
readability.  Previously the right margin was touching a terminal border for
standard 80-character width (fmt -w 80) while better appeal is achieved with
72-76 values.  Also, separate sentences with double space as it looks better
when using fixed-width (monospace) fonts and is how we typically format text
in FreeBSD.
