www/py-bleach: Update to 1.4.2

- Update PORTVERSION and distinfo checksum (1.4.2)
- six is a RUN not BUILD dependency
- Remove TEST options and hooks since the framework now supports
  TEST_DEPENDS. Remove html5lib from TEST_DEPENDS.
