Copy textproc/elasticsearch-plugin-sql to elasticsearch2-plugin-sql
and upgrade to version 2.1.0.1.

Version 2.1.0.1 is tightly coupled with ElasticSearch 2.1.0.

This port should always be upgraded together with ElasticSearch.
