- Fix BROKEN, port assumed that WRKDIR = WRKSRC and this is not
  true since CHANGES@20151105
- Unmute and simplify install commands, move file ownership
  changes through chown to pkg-plist
- Sort pkg-plist and remove deprecated @dirrm
