nethack33(-nox11): document ncurses requirement (USES+=ncurses)

both ports need to link to ncurses.
The -nox11 version wasn't respecting LDFLAGS
Finally, link to libncurses over ancient termlib (which is symlinked to
libncurses on FreeBSD base anyway)
