lang/gcc6-aux: Update version 20160124 => 20160214

Dewayne G. confirmed that CPUTYPE=core-avx-i works again on the
current snapshot of gcc6.  It must have been broken temporarily.
For now, let's remove the -march filter from CFLAGS.  If it becomes
a problem again, I'll filter it out permanently.
