Remove py-mx{DateTime,Proxy,Stack,TextTools,Tools}. Their functionality
is available in lang/py-mx-base and all the dependent ports seem to
work fine with py-mx-base.

The removal of py-mxProxy was approved by Johann Visagie
<johann@egenetics.com>.
