At long last, I welcome Tobias Berner (tcberner)!

Tobias has been one of the driving forces behind kde@ for years now, so it
is high time we punished him with a commit bit.

He's also one of the most sought-after mentees I've ever seen, with at least
3 other committers also volunteering to mentor him :-)
