audio/soundkonverter: update to 2.2.2

 - Add missing dependencies (phonon, qt4)
 - Fix spelling of option (VORBIS)
 - Make LIBAV an option (and fix description)
 - Remove Musepack from replaygain (musepack does not install mpcgain)
