Use perl regex to set PTHREAD_CFLAGS in all Makefile.in's.
Use perl regex to acutally install GNOME helppages in proper locations.
Remove files/patch-po::Makefile.in and replace with perl regex.
Bump PORTREVISION due to these changes.
