security/libp11: Mark IGNORE if SSL_DEFAULT matchs libressl

This port has numerous OPENSSL_VERSION_NUMBER preprocessor checks which
are nontrivial to modify for LibreSSL support.  Mark the port IGNOREd
for LibreSSL case until somebody manages to support libressl.
