Update to Wine 2.2.  This includes the following changes:
 - Windows version set to Windows 7 for new prefixes.
 - More steps towards the Direct3D command stream.
 - Still more Shader Model 5 instructions.
 - Initial support for double-buffered theme painting.
 - Various bug fixes.
