- Update to version 3.2
- Drop `iconv' and `makeinfo' from USES list, they are not needed
- When linking against Guile, explicitly depend on libgmp.so:math/gmp
  (per `stage-qa' warning)
- Do not hardcode library version in pkg-plist, use PLIST_SUB mechanism
