Re-add net-im/pidgin-manualsize removed with revision 418057 with following changes:

- take maintainership;
- supply new MASTER_SITES for the distfile;
- specify LICENSE (GPLv2);
- simplify BUILD_DEPENDS;
- bump PORTREVISION.
