Update to 7.36.

  - Fixed basename method in Mojo::File to work with relative paths.
  - Fixed a bug where Mojo::Log could not correctly identify if it was deployed
    with systemd.
  - Fixed Mojo::HelloWorld to actually be a Mojolicious subclass.
