net/libzmq4: Update to 4.2.2

- Update PORTVERSION and distinfo checksum (4.2.2) [1]
- Use DISTVERSIONPREFIX -> tweak MASTER_SITES
- Split CURVE option (now a group) into TWEETNACL and SODIUM options [1]
- Group NORM and PGM options into a MULTICAST group
- Simplify & tweak options descriptions accordingly
- Update MANPAGES configure argument (*-documentation is deprecated)
- Remove patch that was upstreamed [1]
- Move curve_keygen from pkg-plist to conditional PLIST_FILES
