Remove BROKEN_sparc64 statement which was added in r397879 by linimon@
more than two years ago.  The port now builds just fine on 10.4-STABLE
running under QEMU 2.9.0.

While here, remove redundant DISTNAME assignment and add missing `xext'
component to USE_XORG list as prompted by `stage-qa'.
