Steve Passe has asked core to keep his commit bit safe while he's busy
making his fortunes.  He'll be back when he's made his fortunes (in
which case he'll have plenty of time to devote) or lost them (in which
case it won't matter much anyway).  He really doesn't have time to
properly devote to being a committer right now.  fsmp was between
steve and imp in access.
