- Install the psm* commands correctly, they used to be the same binary but
  aren't with the current version. Sigh.
- Install docs only if NOPORTDOCS is not set.
- Fix some warnings, remove -pedantic and -Wall to silence the rest.
- Bump PORTREVISION
