 - remove translation packages no longer shipped by upstream:
     cs-eric6
     fr-eric6
     it-eric6
     pt-eric6
     tr-eric6
     zh_CN-eric6
   upstream considers these translations too incomplete.
 - add pkg-message explaining that there are translation available.
