Additional port changes:
* Changed to DISTVERSION
* Updated MAINTAINER
* Added to RUN_DEPENDS
* Moved lines to USExx section
* Added USE_PYTHON=noflavors
* Deleted the patch (not applicable any more)

Testing:
* Ran the app, it seems to work properly.

0.6.3.2 fixes the security vulnerability described here:
