WITH_CCACHE_BUILD: Fix some ports not using proper CCACHE_DIR.

Some ports will truncate CCACHE_DIR from the env and due to HOME=${WRKDIR}
will incorrectly use ${WRKDIR}/.ccache.  Symlink to the proper place.
