* Update to 20180222.
* Use mk included to bmake dist.
* Remove python build dependency. It was here just to fix
  the shebang in the installed meta2deps.py, which is not
  necessary because META2DEPS_CMD is defined in mk files as
  `${PYTHON} meta2deps.py` (if python is installed).
