Upgrade dnsdbq to version 1.0.0:

 * add positivity check for -l

 * avoid EPIPE from sort

 * catch the case where /bailiwick is specified for -

 * display usage errors without help text; instead, tell the user about
   the -h option

 * notice with -c is used without -A or -B

 * replace last remaining fgets with getline

 * correct and improve option-incompatibility testing

 * add -a for alternative server api prefixes, and -u for alternative
   server api syntax
