Upgrade to 2.7.8

From the author:

* fix bugs in 2.7.7, Strongly recommended to upgrade from 2.7.7.
* more apis are fixed for acme v2 wildcard certs.
* New dns api: KingHost (https://www.kinghost.com.br/) and Zilore (https://zilore.com)
