Port changes:
  - Pull tarball from Common-Lisp.net GitLab repository
  - Do not silence install commands (except mkdir)
  - Conform to 'Order of Variables in Port Makefiles' from Porter's
    Handbook
  - Silence warning about creating absolute links
  - Set DISTVERSION instead of setting PORTVERSION directly
