- remove option INETD
- build both standalone and inetd version
- fix permissions on update
- add IPv6 support based on work from Gert Doering

If you used the inetd version, please change the path in /etc/inetd.conf
from /usr/local/sbin/nntpd to /usr/local/libexec/nntpd.
