Update to new upstream release 1.44.2.

Most important changes over 1.44.1_1:

e2fsck: adjust quota counters when clearing orphaned inodes
e2fsprogs: fix Free Software Foundation address
mke2fs: print error string if ext2fs_close_free() fails
po: update pl.po (from translationproject.org)
Use @AR@ instead of hardcoded 'ar'
