- Update to 0.10.1
- Move from GitHub to PyPI release tarballs as the upstream project has
  started to externalize subdirectories to unversioned submodules. While
  this can be achieved by using GH_TUPLE together with tagnames it is easier
  to take the versioned PyPI releases.
