Remove science/mpqc-mpich: Enable MPI option in science/mpqc by default

* MPICH option in science/mpqc is renamed to MPI, because MPI exists in many other
  ports and there's MPI_DESC predefined for it.
* MPI option in science/mpqc is made default.
