- update to 0.06 final (not -snap6).  bump PORTREVISION (PORTNAME was at
  0.06, but DISTNAME had -snap6).
- give maintainership to the author, ngps@post1.com
- remove PLIST_SUB line (PYTHON_VERSION is automatically added now)
