Update net-im/libqmatrixclient and net-im/quaternion in tandem.

New release of libqmatrixclient (which breaks API compatibility) and
a beta for quaternion (its only client).

Summarized:
 - (packaging) QtMultimedia (video support) and QtKeychain (for secure storage)
