databases/cego: upgrade 2.44.8 -> 2.44.9

- Removed legacy method CegoAggregation::setInit/isInit
- Fix in CegoQueryHelper::aggregateTuple, since the field value
  reference for aggregation field value might be no more valid during
  the aggregation run, a local copy is created via
  CegoFieldValue::getLocalCopy.
