Add py-fonttools-interpolatable 3.44.0

This port is the extra dependencies for interpolatable functionality of
FontTools.

Add both print/py-fonttools and print/py-fonttools-interpolatable to RUN_DEPENDS
if you need "fonttools[interpolatable]".
