Cleanup of lang/racket and racket-minimal.

- Reformat with portfmt
- Reduce diff between Racket ports
- Fix some portlint warnings
- Fix typo in --enable-ffi (it was just -enable-ffi before)
- Now FUTURES is enabled in lang/racket too
