Modernize this port

- Remove TERMCAP option
- Update patches
  - Drop old patch dating for the switch to ELF time
  - Add new patches to ensure FreeBSD is treated exactly as Linux
- Use patch file instead of REINPLACE_CMD
- Bump PORTREVISION for package change
